The current research was conducted with the purpose of the role of positive psychological states in predicting the sense of belonging to the school of secondary school boys in Mashhad. The statistical population of this research included all the male students of the second secondary level of the Department of Education, District 3 of Mashhad, who were studying in the academic year of 1401-1402. In order to collect data, 320 male students of the second secondary level were selected as sample members according to the available method based on Morgan's table and answered the questionnaires of positive psychological states and feeling of belonging to the school online. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics indicators and step-by-step regression analysis method were used. The findings of this research showed that some components of positive psychological states play a decisive role in the sense of belonging to the school of male students in the second secondary level. This means that components such as (sociality, conscientiousness, meaningfulness of life and positive creation of happiness) have the greatest contribution in predicting the feeling of belonging to the school of male students. Therefore, in order to increase the sense of belonging to school in students, it is recommended to support and increase some positive psychological states through teaching them to students in the classroom and school environment.
