Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of teaching effective communication skills and stress management on happiness and positive communication with peers in male teenagers of Hamedan Scientific High School. The study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. The statistical population included 413 adolescent boys of Hamadan Scientific High School in 1402, among whom 45 were selected by sampling method and randomly placed in three groups of 15 (effective communication skills training, stress management and control). Data collection methods included library and field studies.
